JustServiceHub provides an online platform that connects service providers with customers seeking various services. These Terms govern your access to and use of the JustServiceHub website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering for and/or using the Platform in any manner, you agree to these Terms and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published by JustServiceHub, each of which is incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. If you are accessing or using the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to act on behalf of that entity and to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and to update this information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Create a strong password and keep it secure
• Restrict access to your account and your device
• Notify JustServiceHub immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session

JustServiceHub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

4. User Categories

4.1 Service Providers

Service providers are users who offer professional services through the Platform. Service providers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their services, qualifications, and credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards
• Honor appointments and commitments made through the Platform
• Provide services with reasonable skill and care
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their services
• Pay all applicable fees and commissions to JustServiceHub

4.2 Customers

Customers are users who seek to engage service providers through the Platform. Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information when making inquiries or bookings
• Honor appointments and commitments made through the Platform
• Pay for services in accordance with the agreed terms
• Treat service providers with respect and courtesy
• Provide feedback that is fair and honest

5. Service Listings

Service providers may create service listings on the Platform. By creating a listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right, capacity, and authority to offer the services
• Your listing information is accurate, complete, and current
• Your listing complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• You possess all necessary licenses, permits, and certifications

JustServiceHub reserves the right to remove or modify any listing that violates these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

6. Bookings and Inquiries

The Platform enables customers to make inquiries and bookings with service providers. JustServiceHub does not guarantee that inquiries will result in bookings or that bookings will be fulfilled to customers' satisfaction.

JustServiceHub is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of the services provided. Any contract for services is directly between the customer and the service provider.

7. Fees and Payments

JustServiceHub may charge fees for certain features or services. The applicable fees will be displayed to you before you use a paid feature. By using a paid feature, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

Service providers agree to pay JustServiceHub a commission on bookings generated through the Platform, as specified in the current fee schedule. Service providers are responsible for paying all taxes on their earnings.

All payments are processed through our third-party payment processors. By using the Platform, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of these payment processors.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms
• Impersonating another person or creating multiple accounts
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Transmitting any harmful code or content
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Attempting to circumvent any security measures
• Collecting user information without consent
• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Posting defamatory, obscene, or offensive content
• Infringing the intellectual property rights of others

JustServiceHub reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these provisions, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

9. Content and Intellectual Property

The Platform contains content owned by JustServiceHub, its licensors, and users ("Content"). This Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

By posting Content on the Platform, you grant JustServiceHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your Content in any existing or future media. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license.

JustServiceHub respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. JUSTSERVICEHUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

JUSTSERVICEHUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

JUSTSERVICEHUB DOES NOT VERIFY THE IDENTITY OF USERS, THE QUALITY OR SAFETY OF SERVICES, OR THE ACCURACY OF LISTINGS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTSERVICEHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL JUSTSERVICEHUB'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO JUSTSERVICEHUB DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR ₹5,000.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JustServiceHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

JustServiceHub may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time for any reason without notice or liability. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Changes to Terms

JustServiceHub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

16. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JustServiceHub regarding the Platform.
• No Waiver: The failure of JustServiceHub to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without the prior written consent of JustServiceHub. JustServiceHub may assign these Terms without restriction.
• Force Majeure: JustServiceHub shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of acts of nature, government actions, or other forces beyond its control.
